Located on North College Street in the heart of Auburn, we built a space where the ritual of coffee is treated with the same care as a sourdough starter — patient, intentional, and improved with time.

Every pastry is handcrafted in small batches. Every coffee is sourced from roasters who share our obsession with quality. And every item in our grocery section is chosen because we'd stock it in our own kitchen.
